Also featured in this recent document drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend identifying distinct areas of the estate.
Accompanying this are what seem to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for boat shelters.
